Custom plastic extrusion, built around your drawing
NF Industry manufactures customized plastic extruded profiles and products to the customer’s drawing, sample, or requirement. We are based at Ferozwala, Lahore, and supply manufacturers, fabricators and distributors across Pakistan.
Unlike a supplier working from a fixed catalogue, our business starts with your specification. Send us a drawing, a physical sample, or a description of what the part needs to do, and we design the die, match the material and colour, and run a sample for your approval before any bulk order is produced.
That approach means we take on work a catalogue supplier cannot: one-off shapes for a single project, small trial batches before a customer commits to volume, and repeat orders that need to match a profile already in service years after the original die was cut.

Manufacturing capability
We design and cut our own extrusion dies in-house, which is what makes custom cross-sections practical at the quantities most customers actually need – a new die does not require a large minimum order to be worthwhile.
- Die design & tooling – dies designed and cut in-house from your drawing or sample, so a custom profile does not depend on an outside toolmaker’s schedule.
- Material range – PVC, uPVC, ABS, PP, PE, Polycarbonate and TPE, plus colour matching to a sample or reference.
- Cutting & finishing – profiles cut to the exact length you specify, or supplied uncut in coil for you to cut on site.
- Order sizes – trial samples and small batches through to continuous bulk production runs.

Quality commitment
Every custom job starts with an approved sample – your drawing or sample piece is what production is checked against, at the start of a run and again before it ships. What you sign off on is what you receive.

- Consistent die setup retained between repeat orders, so a reorder matches the original.
