The more of the following you can provide, the faster and more accurate your quotation will be. You do not need all of them – a physical sample alone is often enough to get started.

A CAD file, PDF, or even a clear hand sketch with dimensions – upload it directly on the quote form.
Dimensions
Cross-section measurements and wall thickness, plus any tolerance that matters for how the part fits or functions.
A sample
A physical piece of the profile you need, or a photo of one – useful when there is no formal drawing.
Quantity
How much you need, and whether this is a one-off, a trial batch, or the start of a repeat order.
Colour
A colour reference or a sample to match against. We will confirm what is achievable in your chosen material.

Send us your drawing, dimensions, or a physical sample of the profile you need, along with material, colour and quantity.

Die Design
Our team designs the extrusion die for your cross-section, confirming tolerances and wall thickness before cutting steel.

Sample Approval
We run a trial sample against your drawing or sample piece and send it to you for approval before bulk production starts.

Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, we run your full order to the confirmed specification, cut to the length you need.

Delivery
Finished profiles are packed and delivered to your site, across Pakistan or arranged for export on request.
Minimum order quantities
A new die is a fixed cost, so a custom profile has a minimum order quantity that makes tooling worthwhile.
